Grief & Spiritual Care
You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
Non-clinical grief support, spiritual care, and education for individuals and communities living with loss, transition, disruption, and violence-related harm.
The Work
I offer non-clinical grief support, spiritual care, and education for individuals and communities living with loss, transition, disruption, and violence-related harm. This work is grounded in grief studies, womanist theology, somatic awareness, and community-based care, with particular attention to Black communities and other historically marginalized populations.
As a Black womanist theo-thanatologist, pastoral theologian, and grief scholar-practitioner, my work is shaped by womanist theology, grief studies, somatic awareness, and community-based care. My role is to walk with you, help you name what has been lost, and support you in weaving new meaning and possibilities without bypassing the truth of your pain.

How We Can Work Together
How We Can Work Together
Individual Grief Support
One-on-one accompaniment through personal loss, transition, and disruption. We create space to name what has been lost, honor what remains, and move toward meaning without bypassing the truth of your pain.
Community & Organizational Care
Grief support and death literacy education for communities, congregations, and organizations navigating collective loss, institutional change, or violence-related harm.
Spiritual Care & Accompaniment
Rooted in womanist pastoral theology, this work holds the sacred dimensions of grief — the questions, the silences, the anger, and the longing — as part of the healing journey.
Grief Education & Workshops
Workshops and educational offerings on grief literacy, death and dying, and the cultural and theological dimensions of loss — for individuals, faith communities, and professional groups.
What This Is — and What It Isn't
I do not provide psychotherapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment through this site. Services here are non-clinical and do not involve diagnosis, clinical interpretation of symptoms, or promises of specific treatment outcomes. When clinical or crisis support is needed, I encourage and support connection with licensed mental health providers, medical professionals, or crisis services in your local community.
